Mealzy is a meal-timing reminder from TQTech. It helps you remember to eat on a schedule. It is not a medical device, calorie tracker, diet prescription, or nutrition-advice service. We do not create an account for you. We do not run our own analytics or advertising network.
1. Who we are
Mealzy is published by TQTech. For privacy questions, email TQTechOfficial@gmail.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy describes how Mealzy handles information when you use the iPhone app, widgets, Live Activities, Siri/Shortcuts, and this website. It also describes the third parties involved only in purchases.
3. Information stored on your iPhone
Mealzy keeps the following on your device (SwiftData and app storage). It does not leave the device unless you send it yourself (for example in a support email):
- Meal names, icons, scheduled times, routines, and meal logs (eaten, late, skipped, missed)
- Water logs and your water goal
- Optional height, weight, goal weight, birth year, gender, and activity level you enter in Personal details
- Journal notes, mood tags, and optional journal or progress photos (JPEG files in Mealzy’s app storage)
- Reminder, sound, appearance, and widget preferences
- A random device identifier in the Keychain, used only if you email support so we can tell devices apart
Photos are used only when you take or pick them for a journal entry or photo journal. We do not browse or upload your photo library. Camera access is used only to take those photos. Photos stay on this iPhone.
4. Information we do not collect
We do not collect health records from Apple Health. We do not collect location, contacts, microphone audio, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising. We do not operate a Mealzy account server.
5. Notifications
Mealzy uses local notifications only. Reminder titles and times are scheduled on your iPhone. We do not use remote push, tracking pixels, or a notification server. You can turn reminders off in iOS Settings.
6. Purchases and third parties
If you buy Mealzy Pro, Apple processes the payment through In-App Purchase. We use RevenueCat only to check whether your Pro entitlement is active (subscription or lifetime).
Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase tokens, App Store account identifiers, and subscription status as described in their policies. We do not receive your full credit card number.

You can restore purchases in the app. Manage or cancel a weekly subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
7. This website
This marketing site is a static page. We do not place advertising or analytics cookies for Mealzy. Your browser may send standard technical data (such as IP address) to the host that serves the site. We do not use that data to identify you or build a profile.
8. Tracking
Mealzy does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. We do not use App Tracking Transparency because we do not request tracking permission.
9. Children
Mealzy is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the app if you are under 13.
10. Retention and deletion
Deleting Mealzy from your iPhone removes on-device meal data, journal notes, and progress photos. Apple retains purchase records according to its policies. Email us if you want help understanding what remains with Apple or RevenueCat.
11. Your choices
- Notification permission can be changed in iOS Settings
- Camera and photo picking are optional and only for journal features
- You can omit height, weight, and other personal details
- You can delete journal entries and photos inside the app
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of Mealzy after an update means you accept the revised policy.
