Terms of Use
Mealzy (“the App”) is a meal-timing reminder from TQTech. It helps you remember to eat on a schedule. It is not a medical device, calorie tracker, or nutrition advice service.
1. Agreement
By downloading or using Mealzy you agree to these Terms. Subscriptions are also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If there is a conflict about billing, Apple’s terms apply.
Apple Standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
2. The service
Mealzy schedules local reminders on your device, lets you log meals as eaten, skipped, or snoozed, and optionally unlocks Mealzy Pro features. We do not provide dietary, medical, or health advice. Meal plans in the App are general timing templates, not a diet prescription.
3. Free and Pro
The free plan includes one routine, up to three meals, and seven days of history. Mealzy Pro unlocks unlimited routines and meals, full history and statistics, adaptive scheduling, persistent reminders, custom reminder sounds, widget colors, Live Activities, and the photo journal.
4. Purchases
Pro is sold as:
- a weekly auto-renewing subscription, and
- a one-time lifetime purchase.
Prices are shown in the App before you buy and are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Payment is processed by Apple. Weekly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Lifetime is paid once and does not auto-renew.
5. Restore
Use Restore Purchases in the App to recover Pro on this or another device signed in with the same Apple ID.
6. Your data
Meal times, logs, journal notes, and photos stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, attempt to interfere with purchases, or reverse engineer the App except as allowed by law.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” Reminders depend on iOS notification permission, Focus modes, Low Power Mode, and system settings. We are not liable for missed meals or any health outcome.
